Compatibilità Yongnuo yn14ex con Canon 5D4

Qualche giorno fa ho acquistato il Macro Ring Lite Yongnuo YN14EX per utilizzarlo sulle mie 7D2 e 5D4.
Sulla 7D2 va una meraviglia, sulla 5D4 invece niente... o meglio: il primo scatto in TTL perfetto, ma dal secondo in poi non è più andato... Ho provato a spegnere e riaccendere, modificare la configurazione sia sul flash che sul corpo, tutto inutile. Rimontandolo sulla 7 invece perfetto.
Devo dire che nelle compatibilità, la 5D4 non era citata, ma non lo era nemmeno la 5D3, sulla quale invece funziona perfettamente, quindi l'ho preso comunque, pensando ad una dimenticanza del venditore ad aggiornare la pagina, ma anche "forte" del commento di un utente Amazon ("su 5D4 funziona perfettamente"), sulla cui piattaforma avevo posto il quesito.
Girando sul web non ho trovato nulla, chiedo quindi se qualcuno del forum ne sa di più o se magari a lui funziona ed è solo un problema di settaggi o altro...
