Acquisto negato App in Play Memories

Buonasera ragazzi, dopo essermi registrato al sito della Sony e inserito le credenziali d'accesso a Play Memories, volevo testare l'app Time Lapse a pagamento per la mia @6000 ma non ci sono riuscito. O meglio, seguo tutto l'iter collegando la fotocamera, il pc la riconosce, procedo all'acquisto della stessa, inserisco la password per accedere alla schermata del pagamento, clicco sul pulsante "Ordine e paga" e mi appare continuamente la schermata "si è verificato un errore interno".

Come posso risolvere l'arcano?
