fujifilm x-e3 problema joystic punto di messa a fuoco

Salve a tutti,ho comprato pochi giorni fà una fujifilm x-e3...funziona tutto bene tranne il joystic.
Quando vado a spostare con il joystic il punto di messa a fuoco spesso non risponde ai comandi...
magari non mi và a sinistra ,oppure faccio per andare verso il basso e mi va' verso l'alto.
Devo mandarla in assistenza o potrebbe essere un problema di impostazioni ?(non credo)
il firmware della fotocamera è aggiornato....

grazie ma dato che è nuova non vorrei fare casini....forse la manderò in assistenza.
ora non va' neanche più il beep della messa a fuoco nonostante lo abbia attivato.

Ciao ! Prova a entrare nel menù e a muovere il joystick su e giù per vedere se si muove correttamente.
Seconda opzione :
Prova a vedere nel menù chiave inglese - impostazione leva messa a fuoco e guarda se è su on
Terza opzione : reset della macchina
Altrimenti assistenza
