35 o 28 compatto di qualità per eos fullframe

Ciao a tutti
In questi giorni stavo cercando un grandangolo manual focus compatto di discreta qualità per fullframe canon.
Ad ora ho il 35 mm f2 canon (non usm) che ha una messa a fuoco troppo rumorosa, che fa fatica a mettere a fuoco in situazioni di scarsa luce (tanto che diverse volte focheggio a mano), e uno sfuocato troppo duro per i miei gusti.
Dopo aver iniziato ad utilizzare il 180 3.4 leitz e il 135 f 2.8 ho preso una buona manualità con la messa a fuoco e mi piacerebbe avere e stesse sensazioni con un grandangolo.
La scelta più ovvia sarebbe orientarsi sul 35 leitz ma cercavo qualcosa di meno costoso, che conservasse tuttavia la stessa compattezza (non cerco obiettivi da 1.4). Nelle soluzioni moderne non ho trovato qualcosa del genere. Avete sugerimenti?

Intanto mettere a fuoco manualmente con un grandangolo non è così semplice come con un tele. Le eos ff purtroppo non aiutano. Ciò detto, io ti consiglio di valutare anche il 28 f1.8, ha una timbrica parecchio più piacevole del 35 f2. Inoltre la ghiera di messa a fuoco lavora molto bene per uso manuale, essendo una lente uscita ai tempi della pellicola. In Af invece é velice, silenziosissimo e preciso.

Magari sono contro tendenza, ma io con il MIR 1B mi sono trovato benissimo e costa pochissimo

Su eos reflex si possono utilizzare oltre ai leitz e ad altri con innesto a vite

Il 28mm f1.8 e particolare, e a me piace, veloce e silenzioso.
Sono le imperfezioni che lo rendono diverso, flare, bordi meno nitidi a diaframmi aperti.
Io ho anche il 28mm IS f2. 8 e li chiamo the beauty and the beast
