Montare un Flash Yongnuo per Canon EOS 400d su sony alpha 7 M2

Di recente sono passato da un sistema Canon di vecchia data alla Sony Alpha 7 M2. Avendo a disposizione, tra l'altro, un flash Yongnuo YN468-II Speedlite vorrei sapere se lo si può montare, direttamente o tramite adattatori, sulla A7 (direttamente ho paura di mandare in corto qualcosa) e se montandolo continuo ad avere il TTL o devo lavorare con impostazioni manuali.
Ne approfitto inoltre per chiedere se vale la pena acquistare un adattatore di media fascia per adattare gli obiettivi CANON alla Sony!
