Infiltrazioni polvere Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 iii RXD

Buonasera,
vorrei porre una domanda a chiunque sia in possesso di un Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8: avete per caso notato eccessive infiltrazioni di polvere sul sensore montando questo obiettivo?

Stavo controllando proprio adesso delle foto fatte 2 settimane fa in montagna: in più di 8 mesi di uso con un Samyang AF 35mm f/1.4 non ho mai avuto problemi riguardo a questo argomento. Mentre ora, guardando le foto, vedo un'eccessiva quantità di polvere sul sensore - tutto ciò solo da quando uso il Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 (non so se sono io ciula a non essermene mai accorto prima, o effettivamente c'è qualcosa che non va).

Devo fare ancora qualche controllo con sfondo bianco, ma la cosa mi preoccupa un abbastanza: tutto ciò mi sembra troppo eccessivo in relazione alla frequenza con cui cambio obiettivo e alla cura che cerco di porre.

Preciso che non ho viaggiato in posti alquanto polverosi (anzi), e ho cambiato obiettivo forse 4 volte in 2 settimane di vacanza, cercando di avere la massima cura durante il cambio.
Il corpo macchina, Sony A7III, è stato acquistato verso Novembre 2018 con 5.000 scatti (pochissimi).

Mi preoccupa abbastanza quel segnetto in alto a sinistra curvo.

EDIT 2: altra immagine, dopo aver eseguito una "pulizia sensore" con la modalità apposita del corpo macchina (ma non ho alcun kit per pulirlo).
