Dubbio zoom grandangolare terze parti per sony a6300

Salve a tutti, sono nuova del forum benchè lo segua da un bel po'. Mi sono appassionata alla fotografia da 1 anno circa per cui consideratemi una neofita!
Da poco ho acquistato una Sony alpha 6300 (prima avevo la 5100) e viaggiando molto mi sono resa conto di volere una lente che mi permetta di avere una escursione focale che vada bene sia per paesaggi naturali/urbani, interni (tipo chiese e musei), architettura che per street.

Inizialmente avevo pensato di prendere il 35 f.1.8 della sony (che avendo l'autofocus mi permette di essere più reattiva in caso di street, anche se la lunghezza forse è troppo lunga) o il Sony 28 FE f.2 ed il Samyang 12 mm, poi ho notato che esistono degli zoom con lunghezze focali adatti a quello che mi serve ma essendo un po' "ignorante" in materia non riesco a capire se vanno bene per aps-c ed eventualmente se l'adattatore commlite da ef-ef-s a nex va bene per mantenere l'autofocus (almeno quello singolo) o, se proprio non si può, quale adattatore economico senza contatti elettrici comprare per adattare le prime due lenti e quale per la terza?

Gli obiettivi a cui sarei interessata sono i seguenti:

Sigma 10-20/3.5 EX DC HSM AF (con attacco canon, perchè quello sony credo sia solo per a-mount). Prezzo nuovo 409 euro
Tokina 11-20 f.2.8 PRO DX sempre attacco Canon(credo sia la prima versione) usato 367 euro
Nikon AF-P DX 10-20 f-4.5-5.6 VR in offerta al momento
Chiaramente mi attira di più il Tokina per la luminosità che mi permeterebbe di usalo anche la sera.

Ultimo domanda: Il sony FE 28 mm è meglio del 35 mm? A parte la stabilizzazione che non c'è cos'altro cambia se montato su aps-c?

Sarei molto felice se qualcuno di voi (magari proprietario di una sony e-mount) chiarisse i miei dubbi.
