Canon 18-55mm vs Canon 18-135mm

Ciao a tutti i Canonisti, io uso felicemente Pentax e non conosco molto del mondo Canon, a parte il bellissimo 100-400 che ho provato con grande soddisfazione,
un mio caro amico mi ha chiesto di prendergli uno zoom da 18-... perché il suo (Canon EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS II) gli dà problemi di messa a fuoco e contatti e non è contento della qualità per le forti aberrazioni cromatiche, senza spendere grandi cifre, ho visto il Canon EF-S 18-135mm F3.5-5.6 IS USM, certamente più versatile e con USM, ma qualcuno mi sa dire come va? quale dei due ha la qualità ottica migliore? avete qualche altro zoom simile da consigliarmi?

io ho il canon ef-s 18-135 f3.5-5.6 is stm e mi trovo bene se guardi le foto del Gamecon nella mia galleria sono fatte con questo obiettivo ciao MrGreen

In nano usm (ultima evoluzione) va benone

Altrimenti compra il 18-55 is stm e un 50ino e il 24 stm

Non dispiaccia a coloro che l'hanno comprato, il 18-135 non è un obbiettivo molto "riuscito" quale che sia la versione...certo è piu polivalente ma gli preferisco il 18-55is che ha una migliore qualita ottica, combinato al 55-250is pure d'ottima qualita.

Il 18-135 stm ha una qualità ottica un pò migliore del 18-135 usm. Il secondo zoom ha però una struttura fatta meglio. A parte ciò, c'è da valutare il tipo di messa a fuoco.

Il migliore tra i 18-135 è l'ultima versione con motore Nano USM, dalla resa e velocità superiori alla versione STM, che a sua volta è migliore della versione USM "old"
