What better to buy Nikon D500 or Nikon Z6. I am wildlife photograher.

hi , as a wild life photographer , you need a though camera , both nikon d500 and z6 are build to endure , toughest circumstances
the main difference is sensor size , d500 has smaller sensor size
this , brings some advantage and some disadvantage
for wild photography , somethimes you need super tele lenses that are extremely expensive
having smaller sensor size , induces more reach ,
in other hand , with a 300mm tele lens , you can practically take photo with a 450mm tele lens .
it is huge step forward because aps sensor size , increase a tele lens reach , about 1.5 times
most wild life photographer prefer smaller sensor size

The mirrorless still need to progress in my opinion. As the owner of a D500, I can say that it is a fabulous machine, even professional. The speed of execution is stunning.

D500 focuses very a fast with native lenses and third party
If you go in BIF photography that is the tool
