touch screen a7 iii (problema? o normalita'?)

Buongiorno ragazzi,
vi risulta che il touchscreen della mirrorless Sony A7 III non funzioni al tatto per navigare nei menù?

Ieri mi è arrivata la nuova fotocamera A7 3 .... accesa e sistemato alcune cosette di routine (data,orario ecc) , l'ho spenta e messa in carica.
stamattina non funziona più il touch screen al tatto.
E' acceso e si spegne quando mi avvicino al sensore del mirino, ma non funziona toccandolo per cambiare impostazioni.
Qualcuno di voi mi sa dire cosa può essere successo? oppure è normale?

PS: ho indagato su internet e le impostazioni dal menù vanno tutte bene.

PS2: ho anche resettato la macchina alle impostazioni iniziali da menù.

PS3: non posso ancora provarla come si deve perchè non mi è arrivato l'adattatore per le mie lenti CANON. quindi le mie prove sono state limitate al solo "palpeggio" della macchina.

Ciao, il touch screen non funziona sui menu.
Lo puoi utilizzare per la messa a fuoco o lo zoom della foto durante la modalità di visualizzazione.

Avendo anche una videocamera Sony , dove con il touch scorro tranquillamente nei menù , pensavo si potesse fare anche qui.
Ingannato anche dal sistema Canon che ho usato e uso tuttora ,dove con il touch si fa tutto volendo.

Appena arriverà l'adattatore farò le prove del caso.

Se avevi una 5d4 potevi usarlo anche nei menu

non dimenticate che la A7III è una entry level non si può avere tutto ;-)

Attualmente nessuna mirrorless sony è navigabile nei menu con il touch.

Come giustamente ti è stato detto, Sony è perfetta per fare foto, Canon per navigare nei menù;-)

Si in effetti con il menu senza touch la a7iii è inutilizzabile. Direi di passare a 6d...MrGreen

Adesso mi organizzo e uso il menù della 6D per impostare la 7III.
