Fujifilm x30, modalità "disco"

Buongiorno a tutti,

ho una Fujifilm X30. Sono solito, in verità, a togliere la scheda SD e scaricare le foto via lettore di schede. Tuttavia ho avuto la necessità di collegarla via USB ad un Macbook e la macchina non viene vista come disco ma posso scaricare le foto solo tramite un programma, Photo per mac o Lightroom che sia. Windows, a differenza, me la fa vedere in una sorta di "modalità ibrida", cioè la vede come dispositivo multimediale ma mi permette di sfogliare le cartelle.
Il software della macchina fotografica non dà modo di scegliere la modalità di visualizzazione della memoria e pare non vi si a verso di vederla semplicemente come memoria interna...ma non si sa mai. Qualcuno ce l'ha fatta?
