Sony annuncia il prossimo aggiornamento in programma per aprile 2019, oltre che per la A9 anche per la A7rIII e A7III che doterà queste fotocamere del nuovo real-time eye AF, già implementato sulla A6400, otre ad altre novità in tema di time-lapse. Direi proprio una gran bella notizia. Per la A7III sarà il fw 3.0.

Ne abbiamo già parlato. In ogni caso si tratta di un'ottima notizia e non vedo l'ora che esca per la A7iii in modo da provarlo.

Comunque NON per a7rII, come scritto,ma solo per la serie III. La politica di Sony di non aggiornare più i modelli meno recenti non la capirò mai. In questo dovrebbe prendere esempio da Fuji.

Beh mi sembra abbastanza evidente invece. Stiamo parlando di macchine che al di là del nome e forma simile sono tecnologicamente abbastanza diverse sia come hardware che come architettura software.

Non vedo l'ora. Anche se era parlato che le A7iii e R non avrebbero avuto il real time...

Anche se la sigla del processore fosse la stessa (cosa che non so) non significa che le prestazioni ottenibili siano le stesse. Intorno al processore ci sono tante cose, il chipset, la RAM ed eventuali processori dedicati, e lo stesso processore può essere usato a diverse velocità e sfruttando diverse caratteristiche, in base anche ai problemi di raffreddamento, all'architettura dei bus ed alle potenzialità di quello che c'è attorno.

perchè la A9 ha AF, di suo, molto più performante come hardware . e se una A7RIII arrivasse per assurdo ad avere l'AF della A9 non la vedrei commercialmente una mossa furba per SONY.
comunque stiamo ragionando per ipotesi... ma sono abbastanza certo che ci sarà una ovvia differenza
