Problemi audio su video xt3

Buongiorno a tutti, ho provato a fare alcuni video con la Xt3 così giusto per prova visto che non l'ho presa per questa funzione.
Devo dire che la qualita' mi sembra ottima. Ma c'è un problema, guardando il video sulla tv , non si sente niente e su pc , con Media player si vede ma non si sente, con VLC si sente ma non si vede...Il tutto leggendo il file con sd e/o usb. Non l'ho ancora attaccata diretamente tramite hdmi. Se riguardo il video sulla macchina , l'audio funziona..
A qualcuno capita la stessa cosa? Il firmware è aggiornato.
Settaggi particolari da seguire? Il video è in fhd.

Nessuno dei possessori della xt3 ha lo stesso problema? Oppure mi sa dare indicazioni in merito ?

forse è meglio che li scarichi sul pc e li leggi da là, a che bitrate hai registrato?
che codec hai usato?

il vcl è aggiornato? puoi provare su un altro pc? comunque scaricali prima sul pc

Ho appena preso la XT3 e non ho problemi di audio.
Hai controllato nelle impostazioni che il microfono sia attivo? Potrebbe essersi disattivato.

Su macchina si vedono e si sentono ,Vcl ,non lo usavo da tanto,non mi dice che c'è una nuova versione.Sentendosi su macchina e su Vcl ovviamente il microfono è attivo , e in registrazione si vedono i due indicatori laterali che reagiscono ai suoni....

Li ho passati su disco esterno ,ma anche gli originali , microSD + adattatore,fanno lo stesso difetto
