nikon 10-20 vr dx con d5500

Ciao a tutti, vorrei acquistare il 10-20 della nikon per la mia d5500, sul sito nikon sembra sia compatibile con mia macchina solo dopo aver aggiornato il firmware, cosa che ho fatto.
Mi sorge però un dubbio, l'obiettivo non ha switch fisici sul corpo per attivare o disattivare la funziona autofocus e la funzione vr, per la funzione autofocus, sto tranquillo perché nel menù della macchina ho trovato la voce per gestirla, mentre per la funzione vr non ho trovato nessuna voce in menù, anche se dal manuale della macchina dovrebbe esserci.
Qualcuno sa per caso se è una voce che compare o meno nel menù in base all'obiettivo montato?
Io attualmente uso il 18-105, che ha sul barilotto lo switch per gestire la funzione vr, quindi non so se non trovo la voce nel menù er questo motivo oppure tale voce non è prevista per la d5500 e quindi il libretto di istruzioni della macchina presenta un errore.

Vorrei essere sicuro che il 10-20 sial al 100% compatibile con la mia d5500 prima di fare l'acquisto, altrimenti prendo il tokina 11-20 che se non ho capito male è 100% compatibile.

Non ho ne la 5500 ne il 10-20, il VR si può disinserire solo tramite menù della macchina, se non erro la d5500 dovrebbe gestire la cosa, altrimenti devi aggiornare il firmware.

Ciao Vyns ho fatto la prova sulla 5500 di mia moglie e con il 18-105 la voce nel menu di ripresa non compare ma se invece monto il 18-55 pf quello senza il selettore compare la voce VR ottico.
quindi penso che con le ottiche sprovviste di selettore come il 10-20 non ci siano problemi.
