Consigli viaggio in Egitto

Salve, dal 11 al 18 novembre andrò una settimana a Sharm e volevo portarmi dietro la reflex per fare qualche foto.
Parlando con il fotografo con cui ho fatto un corso e qualche workshop (sono ancora abbastanza neofita nella fotografia) mi consigliava di portarmi dietro un filtro ND e uno polarizzato per fare le foto al mare ed evitare i riflessi.
Attualmeno ho una Nikon D7000 e volevo portarla via con l'obbiettivo AF-S DX NIKKOR 18-140 f/3.5-5.6G ED VR. Come filtro attualmente ho solo un Masas 67mm CPL che mi era stato regalato assiema all'obbiettivo.
Consigliate di portare via anche un filtro ND? In caso quale mi consigliate di comprare?
Sicuramente farò la motorata e quindi farò qualche foto nel deserto, rischio di rovinare l'obbbiettivo?
Consigli sulle impostazione per fare foto nel deserto? Se riesco farò anche la cena quindi magari mi scappa anche qualche foto notturna, spero di riuscire a portare dietro il Gorillapod come "cavalletto" ma ho paura a mettere la fotocamera quasi a terra. Che dite?

troppe pippe mentali usala è fatta per questo. Il filtro nd ti serve solo se vuoi fare lunghe esposizioni. al cavalletto io non ci rinuncerei mai.
