salve a tutti! bazzico da anni il vostro forum ed il sito in generale ma non sono mai intervenuto (forse perchè ho dovuto purtroppo accantonare per anni la passione della fotografia). Finalmente da qualche mese ho potuto dedicarmi più seriamente a questa passione e pertanto ho deciso di abbandonare la mia vecchia nikon d5100 per passare alla fujifilm x-t20 (anche in relazione alla mia predilezione per la street photography). Vengo al dunque .... praticamente circa 1 mese dopo l'acquisto della fuji ho notato un puntino bianco (o cmq chiaro) sul display quando questo è acceso ma nero nella parte in cui si trova il puntino (per intenderci: lo noto quando la foto scattata ritrae in quella zona qualcosa di molto scuro o di totalmente nero). Premetto che nella foto scattata non c'è poi traccia di questo puntino chiaro. Ciò mi farebbe pensare ad un qualcosa che riguarda solo il display. Secondo voi di cosa si tratta? Di un pixel bruciato del display? O altro? E' qualcosa che eventualmente si può riparare a livello software o occorre per forza mandare in assistenza la fotocamera?
N.B. ho applicato al display una pellicola di vetro....lo dico nel caso possa essere di aiuto.
