Sony a7rIII firmware update

Buongiorno a tutti,
stamattina ho provato ad effettuare l'aggiornamento firmware alla mia sony a7rIII ma non riesco a stabilire la connassione tra la macchina e il programma di aggiornamento. Inoltre alla disconnessione della macchina (seguendo le istruzioni riportate nel programma) mi si blocca il sistema operativo e devo spegnere e riaccendere il computer per far funzionare nuovamente il tutto (sono un utenet MAC). Qualcuno di voi ha effettuato l'update con successo?

Se hai l'ultimo aggiornamento sul mac non è. Possibile collegarsi.Ho aggiornato la a7r3 con windows.

Immagino tu stia utilizzando Mac OS High Sierra (10.13.x).
In tal caso devi prima installare il Driver Loader della A7rIII, lo trovi qui:

Fatto questo poi tranquillamente collegare la macchina al Mac e aggiornare il Firmware, senza avere più alcun tipo di blocco del sistema.
