Per cominciare:

Fai Maiuscolo+Ctrl+K da PS e fai una schermata delle impostazioni di colore.

Prova a mettere pre stampa europa su impostazioni, chiudi ps e vedi se cambia qualcosa.

la situazione non è cambiata.
Ho windows con photoshop 2017 da diverso tempo e la settimana scorsa ho aggiornato camera raw alla versione 10

Mmmm.... Non saprei. Le impostazioni su PS son giuste. Con CR apri il file in Adobe rgb vero? Non è che ti chiede conversioni che non accetti?
Prova a sentire Raamiel che è il guru dei colori qui su jf

Perché non hai allineato gli spazi colore nella gestione colore tra i due.

Metti lo stesso spazio colore, usa Adobe RGB per la gestione del colore, in Camera RAW ed in Photoshop e li vedrai uguali.

Hai il monitor calibrato e profilato? E se sì, che tipo di profilo hai fatto per il monitor?

A questo punto il problema è da ricercare nelle impostazioni di Windows e nel profilo colore del monitor.

Raamiel, perché nel profilo colore del monitor? Il profilo non viene utilizzato in maniera uguale da Camera Raw e da Photoshop?

No... se vado a memoria CameraRAW compensa con intento percettivo; ma più che quello penso alla versione v2 o v4. Potrebbe dare qualche problema.
