Problema testa Manfrotto 322rc2

Buongiorno a tutti gli utenti del Juza forum,
vi scrivo perché la testa Manfrotto 322RC2 mi sta causando moltissimi problemi.
Fisso la macchina fotografica alla piastra e successivamente la inserisco nella testa del treppiede, purtroppo la testa non è più stabile in nessuna posizione tranne quella con la macchina fotografica in posizione orizzontale, negli altri casi, la testa si abbassa da sola con conseguente perdita di stabilità della macchina fotografica.
Spero di essermi fatto capire...

Sapete se ci sono delle soluzioni a questo problema?

Può essere colpa della frizione da regolare?

Forse, ma anche se ruoto la manovella per regolarla rimane sempre morbida, deve essersi rotto qualche meccanismo.
