Dino Buzzati in "Barnabo delle montagne" le descriveva così:
"Con i valloni deserti, con le gole tenebrose, con i crolli improvvisi di sassi, con le mille antichissime storie e tutte le altre cose che nessuno potrà dire mai..."
..dietro ad ogni foto si nasconde la fatica la meraviglia e lo stupore di chi dopo ore di cammino è riuscito a raggiungere la cima.
Stupore, fatica, meraviglia sono solo alcune di quelle cose che nessuno potrà mai dire e che solo chi le conosce, le esplora e le vive può comprendere.
Così tu, fotografo, dopo aver raggiunto la cima incantato e stupito te stesso di tale bellezza cerchi di racchiuderla in un immagine per donarla agli occhi di tutti noi ma consapelove che solo tu conosci la fatica di quel scatto.
