consiglio zaino islanda

Buongiorno,
spulciando il sito ho letto le varie discussioni relative all uso di uno zaino per escursioni fotografiche ma non sono state sufficienti a chiarire i miei dubbi, vi spiego brevemente la situazione: quest estate andrei per 10 gg in islanda e diciamo che ogni giorno sarebbe composto da un escursione dalla durata media di 5 o 6 (o 7?) ore, tutte da concludere in giornata (del tipo arriviamo in auto-----escursione di "x" ore ----- ritorno in auto) essendo la mia prima escursione fotografica non ho proprio idea dello zaino da portarmi dietro.
io avevo optato per un manfrotto offroad 30l (che sarebbe pure giusto come bagaglio a mano) ma ho dei dubbi sulla sua capienza considerando che vorrei portare: d7100 + un ottica fissa tipo 50mm, un grandangolare, un superzoom, batterygrip, un cavalletto, e i vari filtri.
ci sarebbe spazio residuo per acqua, viveri e qualche panno di ricambio?
avete in mente soluzioni migliori ovviamente senza spendere un patrimonio? consigli tratti da esperienze dirette?
