X-E2...sensore e polvere

ho il problema di un granello di polvere persistente che, mi è stato detto, essere finito dietro la superficie esposta del sensore e la cui rimozione prevederebbe lo smontaggio pressoché completo della macchina. Qualcuno sa dirmi se esiste il "filtro" a monte del sensore e se vi sia la possibilità che la polvere possa depositarsi tra i due piani?

Mi sembra molto strano che il granello sia dietro al sensore. In questo caso mi viene da pensare che sia nata male, difettosa. Hai fatto vedere la macchina a qualche altro negoziante? O hai nel frattempo risolto?

ho interpellato il concessionario ma la definizione del problema non è chiara.
La pulizia del sensore con l'apposito kit non ha avuto effetto, pertanto il granello di polvere (?) non è sulla superficie esposta, ma dovrebbe trovarsi tra il sensore ed una sua eventuale protezione.
Se il tuo schema, The_misfits, è riferito anche al sensore della X-E2, potrebbe essere andato a finire dietro l'antialiasing, anche se mi sembra strano che non vi siano guarnizioni a protezione del perimetro di contatto.
Ora la fotocamera sarà inviata a Fuji per la verifica dell'accaduto e spero di ottenere qualche risposta soddisfacente.
