70-300 no stabilizzato o 55-200 stabilizzato?

Salve a tutti,
possiedo una nikon 5300d con 18-110, 2 anni fa ho preso il kit con questo per cercare di limitare il senso di smarrimento da mancanza di zoom provenendo da una bridge panasonic lumix superzoom. Mi diverto quando posso ad andare in autodromo dove ovviamente il 110 mi sta strettissimo tanto che spesso lascio a casa la reflex per preferire la bridge...ora mi son deciso a comprare un nuovo obiettivo e stavo meditando.. le ipotesi:
- tamron 70-300 F/4-5.6 non stabilizzato, circa 110€
- nikkor 55-200 F/4-5.6 VRII, circa 160€.
Come potete aver capito non ho disponibilità di arrivare ai circa 300€ richiesti per almeno un Tamron 70-300 stabilizzato perciò avrei optato per una delle due ipotesi indicate.
Riflettendo... contando il corpo macchina abbastanza entry level, che la frequenza delle uscite in cui utilizzerei l'obiettivo per la fotografia sportiva non supererebbe le 2/3 all'anno, che lo faccio solo ed esclusivamente per divertimento, che non ambisco ad una qualità super e che sono un principiante, cosa mi consigliereste? Tenete anche conto che per 2 anni ho resistito con il 110 anche perchè sono dell'idea "si, reflex, ma più leggero, agile e comodo sono, più contento sono" perciò penserei anche che il 55-200 potrebbe anche essere utilizzato come obiettivo unico da portarsi dietro in alcune situazioni, che ne pensate? Grazie a tutti per i suggerimenti!
