Some problem with 7D

In my 7D the auto lighting optimizer is in disable mode and i can't access that mode its shows is off.Second thing i can't go the ISO lower than 200,its stuck in 200.What i do ? Please help me......

sorry guys i got it...the problem was the highlight tone priority was in enabled condition,in that sort condition ISO range automatically adjusted between 200-6400 and the auto lighting optimizer will be turned off....thanks :)
