Velocità lampo, potenza e controllo

Ciao ragazzi, sono nuovo nel mondo dei flash ma, essendomi arrivate opportunità di "lavoretti" dopo averne fatti alcuni gratuitamente, è arrivata l'ora di migliorare le foto in palestra ad atlete di pole dance.
Spesso le palestre in cui si va a lavorare sono poco luminose e anguste, quindi, usando una A6000 e scattando a velocità prossima a 1/320 spesso devo alzare gli iso e lavorarci poi molto in post.
Ho deciso di crearmi un piccolo set di luci portatili in modo da lavorare a iso più bassi possibili, sempre a quelle velocità, ma spendendo il giusto.
Sono stato da una persona disponibilissima che i ha fatto provare un set di luci continue con diffusore ottagonale da 120cm e potenza 1200 watt a stativo, la luce non è male ma valutando il costo totale (4 lampade + 2 di scorta, 2 stativi, 2 box cavi ecc ecc) mi sono domandato perché non valutare i flash manuali comandati a distanza.
Prece i flash, perché tanto la distanza dei punti luce al soggetto è costante e quindi una volta impostati, non si cambia più a meno di voler dare effetti diversi (ma negli shooting normali questo non succede).
Guardando un po in rete e leggendo anche qui mi pare che i flash Yongnuo non sono niente male (visto anche il loro costo) ma i dubbi sono:

1) La potenza - riesco ad eguagliare o meglio ancora avere più luce dei 2400w che avevo con le lampade continue se si quale modello(ovviamente userei 2/3 flash : 2 messi a 120° e l'eventuale terzo dietro sul fondale o in altro modo..)?
2) La velocità - mi sembra di capire che oltre 1/128 non vadano possibile??
3) Comando wireless - Ho visto che il comando YN RF603(max 1/320) è facilmente modificabile per renderlo compatibile con la Sony A6000 ma oramai ne esistono di nuovi (che arrivano anche a 1/8000 e possono regolare in remoto le impostazioni del flash) ma non riesco a capire se esistono degli hack per la mia mirrorless.
