canon 7d errors and problems

Hello dear all
I am an Iranian and in Iran we have no supports for products Triste

Now my camera has 06 errors also after each time I charged the battery, date and time will be reset!
I will be appreciated if anyone can help

For time resetting remove main battery also CR1616 but no one didn't change and the problem still remain.
Then I reinstall firmware, but still I have the problem.

In error 06 the special sound during sensor cleaning disappeared and sensor cleaning can't perform properly.

Can anyone help?

Have you tried replacing the CR1616 battery? If the time and date are resetting every time it means the battery is most likely flat?

yes I changed the CR1616 but this way didnt work too!!!!
I think some connection between CR1616 and main board had been lost!

This certainly a sad story. I feel with you - I have a troublesome 7D myself right now...

Have you contacted Canon? Maybe it is possible to ship the camera to Canon outside the Iran? There is a Canon Middle East branch (I reckon Iran is not included in their area). But still, it is a 7D, well worth checking out what can be done.

Fingers crossed you can find a solution!

Unfortunately there is no official canon services center in Iran,I sent my camera to a local service I hope they could fix the problems.
