CHIEDO CONSIGLI HO ACQUISTATO UNA 7D2 CON 400 5.6 CANON E DUPLICATORE 1.4X PER FARE AVIFAUNA, COME POSSO USARLI AL MEGLIO? GRAZIE

Concordo con matteo devi dirci che corpo usi ?
Perchè sei hai la 1dx,7d2 o 5d3 puoi utilizzare AF con il solo punto centrale in quella combinazione altrimenti devi lavorare in manuale.

Anch'io uso 400 f/5,6 su 7d2. Ed occasionanalmente aggiungo l'1,4x III. Allora, ti consiglio di iniziare prima senza e di impratichirti con l'auto focus e le varie funzioni. Io uso case 3, per avifauna, con punto centrale e punti vicino. Quando monto il duplicatore, ho qualche problema in più per agganciare il soggetto, specie se in movimento. Come qualità dell'immagine, non noto un grosso peggioramento con il duplicatore. Però sicuramente meglio senza. Un altro problema è la ridotta profondità di campo, per cui, se puoi, aumenta gli iso. (In buone giornate di sole fino a 2000 con la 7d2 non ci sono molti problemi, diversamente in giornate grigie.. Allora la qualità dell'immagine si riduce e di molto)

Ok i consigli sul settaggio autofocus...bisogna dire che col moltiplicatore usi solo il centrale e gli adiacenti forse...gli altri 60 e passa punti di fuoco li perdi.
Senza moltiplicatore li hai tutti funzionanti.
