Borsa per trekking con reflex

Ciao a tutti!
Dopo vari tentativi penso di aver capito come portare con me la reflex quando vado a camminare in montagna!
Il sistema che mi sembra più comodo (almeno per me) è di metter la reflex in una borsa non troppo grande e mettere tutto dentro lo zaino (un deuter da 45l) assieme ai vestiti, cibo, acqua... (mi riferisco a camminate attorno ai 1.000m di dislivello, che, tra andata e ritorno e pause foto, richiedono una giornata).
Quando devo fotografare tiro fuori la borsa dallo zaino e la tengo a tracolla.
... così finché cammino e non ci sono cose interessanti da fotografare ho tutto dentro lo zaino, ho il peso ben ditribuito e la macchinetta protetta... e quando arrivo in posti che meritano ho l'apparecchiatura abbastanza comoda...

Ora viene la domanda per la quale ho bisogno del vostro aiuto!

Mi consigliate una borsa a tracolla non troppo grande per questo utilizzo?
Dovrei farci stare Canon 7D + EF-S 15-85.
Avrei individuato queste:
> Lowepro Nova 140AW
> Lowepro Nova 160AW
> Lowepro Nova Sport 7L

Però non sono riuscito a vedere di persona queste borse... :-(
Mi date un vostro consiglio (eventualmente anche modelli di altre marche)...
La Nova 140AW secondo voi è troppo piccola?
Le altre due (Nova 160AW e Nova Sport 7L) hanno più o meno le stesse dimensioni: tra le due quale mi consigliereste?
La serie Nova ha la chiusura con zip: mi smebra più 'protettiva'.
Forse la Nova Sport è un po' più leggera...
