Consiglio anello adattatore per omd10 per lenti olympus m42

Salve volevo aquistare un anello per la mia Olympus omd10 visto che mio padre ha un paio di lenti buone nel suo piccolo corredo, possiede una vecchia Olympus e500, penso che l'aggancio sia m42 ma non ne sono sicuro.
Qualcuno potrebbe consigliarmi qualche adattatore? meglio plastica o metallo?

La E500 era una macchina 4/3 quindi occorre un anello adattatore come MMF1 , 2 o 3 per adattare le ottiche (esistono anche adattatori meno costosi di terze parti come i Viltrox). L'aggancio M42 è a vite non a baionetta ed era usato su macchine analogiche 30-40 anni fa. L'unica Olympus che montò questo tipo di attacco è precedente al 1970 (Olympus FTL) ed aveva la particolarità di consentire la lettura dell'esposizione a tutta apertura grazie all'aggiunta di un dentino a molla che garantiva la posizione perfetta dell'ottica. Su qualunque macchina micro 4/3 che non sia la EM1 la messa a fuoco automatica con ottiche 4/3 è lenta, mentre le altre prestazioni sono assicurate.
