From today to September 15 I'll be away for a trip in United Kingdom; during these days I'm going to update the website with the latest photos from the trip :-) The Editor's Picks will resume after september 15.
As usual, it is a low budget, 'adventure trip'; we will travel by car from Italy with a large Toyota Land Cruiser that has been transformed in a 'mini camper', with space for sleeping, refrigerator and stove!
I'll bring the computer too, and this time I will try to connect using more the cellular network than the wi-fi; I'll try to update the site every 2-3 days with the latest news and photos from the trip!
Don't forget the Cliffs of Mohr in Ireland. Also Lake District in Cumbria England. So much to see and so little time. I am also looking forward to your travels.
Shame I was not aware of your trip. I have admired your work ever since I first saw it a few years ago and would love to have met you in or near London where I live. I love Italy and the Italians, so was delighted to manage to acquire a daughter in law in 2012 who comes from Arezzo.
I hope you managed the Highlands of Scotland which are beautiful and a favourite with some landscape photographers who travel the world. My favourite place there is the Island of Skye, which has a serene atmosphere, is small but full of variety.
