Cosa scegliere tra nikon 70-200 f/4 e Tamron 70-200 f/2.8...mi aiutate??

Buonasera a tutti,
posseggo una D7200+kit 16-140 f/3,5-5,6 ora vorrei acquistare uno zoom ed al momento sto considerando i due nel titolo (sono bene accetti anche altri suggerimenti).
Prevalentemente faccio foto di calcetto (in esterno) e di ballo (palazzetti); di solito imposto in A, ISO in automatico, tempo di esposizione minimo 1/500 e scatto a raffica.

Quello che mi interessa del Tamron è l'apertura a f/2.8 ma pesa molto ed ho paura di non reggerlo a lungo; invece per il Nikon il dubbio è l'apertura a f/4 che in interni può non essere sufficiente...anche se la D7200 tiene bene gli ISO alti.

Mi aiutate a risolvere il rompicapo???.....Grazie!!!

Io in realtà non sono il più adatto per questa scelta però se io dovessi fotografare interni sceglierei un ottica il più luminosa possibile.
Non penso che tutto il tempo starai con l'ottica in mano, ogni tanto avrai modo di appoggiarla sulle gambe e riposarti, questo è veramente un problema secondario rispetto a riuscire a portare lo scatto a casa

Il Tamron è dotato di un buon anello con filettatura, investi 50€ in un buon monopiede e sei a posto.
Io l'ho usato molto spesso così.

Tamron a tutta apertura lavora bene e ti permette tempi più rapidi rispetto al Nikon.

Ho risolto il dilemma...trovato usato in ottime condizioni un Nikon 70-200 f/2.8 VR I; pagato meno del pari Tamron nuovo!!

Nikon 70-200 2.8 vr i usato ed hai il giusto compromesso prezzo diaframma, e' un po' più peso ma ne vale la pena!!!

O l'uovo o la gallina......
Io li ho avuti tutt e due. Ho preferito il Nikon 4,0 che ha un 'ottima stabilizzazione e quindi permette ( almeno a soggetti fermi)di scattare in situazioni di poca luce anche con il diaframma 4,0.
