Buongiorno, vorrei un consiglio sull'acquisto di un obiettivo m4/3 da accoppiare a OMD em5 II; premetto che ora ho il validissimo 12-40 pro e vorrei qualcosa di un attimo più piccolo e leggero.

visto il tipo di vacanza direi che l'aspetto paesaggio albe e tramonti sia il più gettonato, street può sempre capitare, ritratti direi non preponderante.
Il 12-40 è favoloso, ma un pò grosso da portarsi in giro tutto il giorno tutti i giorni, dato che il corpo macchina è bello compatto sarebbe bello associarci un ottica più compatta; sia chiaro che il 12-40 entra in valigia!!!

IMHO con uno zoom avresti un doppio, quindi buttati sui fissi (o su un fisso se vuoi stare veramente leggero); un normale (per m43 un 25) o un medio grandangolo per i paesaggi (12 o 17).

Alternativa sull'usato un classico 14-45 o simili, ma dopo aver visto i risultati e la qualità del PRO sarebbe un tornare indietro (e avresti il doppione).
Poi spendi ancora soldi... io userei sempre il 12-40 con la 5 e per le foto da "spiaggia" o "davanti alla pizza" userei una compattina da pochi euro che sta nelle tasche dei jeans

Il 17 1.8 o il 15 1.7, allora.

Ma il 12-40 può fare tutto quello che chiedi più che bene.

ma tipo quel 25 panasonic mi sembra sforni degli ottimi files o è una mia impressione?? è vero ma è un pò ingombrante...
