Possibile sostituzione Tamron 10-24

Ciao a tutti,

possiedo un Tamron 10-24 che ho comprato 3 anni fa. L'ho usato con la mia vecchia 1100D e adesso con la 7D. E' un uso sporadico, però quando serve fa comodo averlo. Il problema è che mi è sempre sembrato un po' morbido e soprattutto con poca resistenza al flare.

Qualche settimana fa un amico ha acquistato un canon 10-18 e devo dire che le foto che ne ha (per ora) ricavato mi sembrano un po' migliori di quelle che riesco ad ottenere io (sto parlando di paesaggi). Stavo quindi pensando se non potesse valere la pena sostituire il 10-24 col canon.

Le perplessità che ho derivano soprattutto dal fatto che il canon è più buio a TA, anche se di solito i paesaggi si fanno a cavalletto con diaframmi più chiusi.

Secondo voi potrebbe valere la pena di fare un cambio? Tenuto conto del prezzo medio del Tamron 10-24 nel mercatino probabilmente sarebbe una operazione a costo quasi nullo.
