Quale testa per Gitzo 2541?

Ciao a tutti!
In preda a crisi da acquisto ossessivo compulsivo ho ordinato il Gitzo GT2541 Mountaineer che sto sognando da parecchio tempo.
Ora però non so che testa montarci...

Faccio prevalentemente caccia fotografica (da capanno) e macro; anche se per la macro andrebbe meglio una testa con slitta micrometrica o una a 3 movimenti, mi trovo comunque bene con le teste a sfera; vengo da un Manfrotto 190CXPRO3 con testa 486RC2, quindi è comunque un bel salto di qualità.
Con tutto quello che si trova sul mercato ho una gran confusione in testa...

In linea di massima vorrei una testa a sfera, leggera e tendenzialmente con sgancio rapido purché un po' più resistente del mio attuale Manfrotto (al momento ho una piastra attaccata sotto la macchina, una sotto il tele e una sotto il 180 macro per evitare di avvitare e svitare ogni volta).
Il carico massimo che deve sopportare è quello di un 300mm f/2.8 + moltiplicatore e fotocamera.

Che mi consigliate?
Mi han parlato nell'ordine di:

2. ARCA SWISS
3. KIRK
4. NOVOFLEX

So che poi si possono abbinare i vari sistemi, ma francamente ho le idee parecchio confuse...
