Avete testato, grazie all'ultimo aggiornamento, la MaF in automatico e poi affinando in manuale?
A me sembra non sortire nessuno effetto.
Una volta messo a fuoco in auto, tenendo premuto il tasto di scatto, giro la ghiera maf sino a che
le parti piu' contrastate 'brillano' per effetto del Focus Peak High, poi scatto.

Ho una Xe-1.
Praticamente non vedo sostanziali differenze tra uno scatto solo in auto ed uno AF più correzione MF.

La funzione va previamente abilitata (sulla X-T1 nel menu 5; non so nella X-E1).

E non ne vedrai. Se la macchina mette a fuoco correttamente e tu "correggi" le due operazioni porteranno allo stesso risultato.
L'AF+MF non serve per "migliorare" la messa a fuoco; è utile per apportare modifiche alla messa a fuoco automatica senza disabilitare l'AF.

quoto anche io. Da abilitare dal menu', funziona. Con la sony 5N mi piaceva molto perchè il focus peacking è piu' evidente, sulla X-E1 effettivamente non è vitale, ma è bello sapere che c'è. Io tengo sempre attivo.
Certo un bel firmware con un focus peacking decente ce lo scordiamo Triste

ho provato in ambienti bui ma non sortisce effetto il focus peacking, invece con maggiore luce si vede il contrasto nel muovere la ghiera maf.
