Ciao a tutti,
sono nuovo del mondo Sony e, suggestionato dalla recensione di Juza sulle mirrorless Sony, ho deciso di cambiare una delle mie reflex Canon con la Sony Alpha 5100. Per lavoro ho bisogno di utilizzare un supergrandangolare, e dopo aver studiato le prove di diversi obiettivi, ho deciso di sostituire il Canon 10-22 con un Tokina 11-16 DXII mount Sony Aps-c. Oggi dopo lunga attesa (avevo ordinato la fotocamera a [negozio 11]) è finalmente arrivata l'agognata A5100, ma sorpresa, tentando di montarle addosso il Tokina ho scoperto che... non sono fatti l'uno per l'altra. Eppure sono entrambi APS-C!!!! Dove ho sbagliato? Come posso risolvere il problema?

penso di aver capito: il Tokina dovrebbe essere un innesto Sony A, mentre la 5100 un innesto E; a questo punto dovrei prendere un adattatore tipo LA-EA1 o 2 o 3 o 4?

Il tokina è per canon ?
Ogni marchio ha un innesto diverso, non c'entra che siano entrambe PASC, cambia la baionetta.

Devi comprarti un grandangolo per baionetta sony-E (ma non c'è il tokina in questione), oppure comprarti un adattatore per lenti canon, ma quelli economici ti fanno perdere gli automatismi, ossia messa a fuoco ed esposimetro, quelli più costosi tipo il metabones che mantiene gli automatismi ma costa molto intorno ai 400 dollari

E allora ti serve l'adattore sony LA-EA1-2-3-4 come dice Emiliopaolo, le sony alpha hanno baionetta A, le nex di cui fa parte la 5100 la baionetta E

Esatto il tokina é un a mount, dovevi comprare il Sony 10-18 e mount f 4.
Ti serve un adattatore. L'obiettivo ha motore interno mantieni un (pessimo) af anche con il Lea 1 in caso contrario devo prendere il Lea-2 che ha un af anche abbastanza rapido.
Lea 3 e 4 hanno copertura per ff ma in ottica futura nessuno ti vieta di comprarli.

ho visto che il Lea 3 costa poco su Amazon; posso montargli il Tokina anche se ha copertura ff?

Uno qualsiasi dei 4 adattatori va bene

Considera che:

I modelli 1 e 3 NoN consentono af poichè il tokina ha af a vite.

Se vuoi af devi prendere il modello 2 o 4.

Ovviamente se pensi un giorno di passare al FF valuta con maggiore interesse i modelli 3 e 4.

Si lo puoi montare ma avrai un af pessimo al pari del lea1.
Cmq in genere in obiettivi ultra wide come il tokina l'autofocus non è proprio necessario.
Altrimenti vai con il lea4 che ha l'af migliore di tutti e supporto a ff.

Se come dice mastro il tokina ha af a vite con Lea 1 e 3 l'af non funziona proprio.
L'af del Lea 1 e 3 funziona solo con lenti dotate di motore af interno.

Manicomic ho avuto il tokina sulla a77.
L'af è a vite...

Ma resta un grand'angolo fantastico!!!

Che casino, che senso ha a questo punto spendere altri 300 euro per un adattatore del cavolo... avrei preso quello per Canon di cui posseggo un buon corredo ottiche. Peccato, mi sa che restituisco il Tokina, mi piaceva proprio la sua qualità

Come detto molte volte per me, tranne casi particolari... É si punta alle mirrorless bisogna andare sulle ottiche native... Tra l'altro esiste uno zoom apsc per Sony e mount, ed é anche abbastanza buono.

Eventualmente potresti scambiarlo con un samyang 12mm con attacco e-mount.
ottima qualità dell'immagine ma è un fisso e fuoco manuale.
In effetti anche io lo darei indietro data la difficoltà nell'usarlo con il tuo materiale.
Altra opzione per ultra wide è il sony 10-18 molto migliore di quanto non dicano i freddi numeri.

del 10-18 Sony mi hanno spaventato le recensioni negative dei siti specializzati... adesso le rivedo
