Our stay in Italy finished dramatically quickly and with great losses.
September 28th around 13:00 We were victims of organized robbery and we lost a huge part of our photographic equipment.
Everything happened in the center of Rome, at Via Principe Amedeo 128.
We ask for access to this information, containing the serial numbers of our equipment because, according to the Italian police without running internet searches our assets is not recoverable.
We list the stolen items with serial numbers:
- Canon 5D Mark II - Series: 2931529505 - with battery grip Meike
- Canon 5D Mark II - Series: 3731710950 - with brown neck strap,
- Lens Canon 24mm 1.4 L II USM- Series: 01538582 - with UV filter, chipped rubber,
- Lens Canon 50mm 1.4 USM - Series: 60307940 - with UV filter, lens hood
- Lens Canon 85mm 1.8 USM - Series: 2519A017 - with UV filter, which could not be unscrewed because of the gentle indentation
- Sigma 35 mm 1.4 DG - Series: 50139437 - with UV filter, heavily scratched rubber
- Flash Canon Speedlite 430 EX2 - Series: 329262 - broken off a piece of plastic in the bead area
- Triggers King RX Wireless TTL Flash Trigger on bag, transmitter and receiver
- Charger Canon
- CF Cards SanDisk 16GB 4x 5x 8 GB 1x 4GB
- Plecak Lowepro model Fastpack 350
For us this is a huge loss not only material but also emotional. We still can not understand the cruelty and lawlessness. We have lost not only the equipment but also memories associated with each part of it.
It's like someone took a piece of us. Please watch out for yourself and your property, warn friends. At the police station in Rome told us that there are 50 person in the queue notifying theft.
Once again please share this information. We believe in the power of the internet and possibility to hinder sell. We will track the auctions on Ebay Italy and subito.it
They robbed us of the equipment, unrealized session, theholidays, a sense of security, trust in people but not robbed us of sensitivity shooting skills and passion for what we do. With the help of our friends and family we buy back all the equipment and we will continue to create photography, because it pushes us forward and gives us strength.
All photo materials are safe and future reports and sessions too.

Il nostro soggiorno in Italia è finito drammaticamente, rapidamente e con grandi perdite.
Il 28 settembre intorno alle 13:00 siamo stati vittime di un rapina organizzata e abbiamo perso una parte enorme della nostra attrezzatura fotografica.
Tutto è accaduto nel centro di Roma, in Via Principe Amedeo 128.
Chiediamo, per rientrare in possesso dei nostri oggetti, i numeri di serie delle nostre apparecchiature. Secondo la polizia italiana senza eseguire ricerche in Internet i nostri beni non sono recuperabili.
Elenchiamo gli oggetti rubati con numeri di serie:
- Canon 5D Mark II - Serie: 2931529505 - con battery grip Meike
- Canon 5D Mark II - Serie: 3731710950 - con tracolla marrone,
- Obiettivo Canon 24 millimetri 1,4 L II USM- Serie: 01.538.582 - con filtro UV, scheggiato gomma,
- Obiettivo Canon 50 millimetri 1,4 USM - Serie: 60.307.940 - con filtro UV, paraluce
- Obiettivo Canon 85 millimetri 1,8 USM - Serie: 2519A017 - con filtro UV, che non poteva essere svitato a causa del rientro dolce
- Sigma 35 millimetri 1.4 DG - Serie: 50.139.437 - con filtro UV, gomma pesantemente graffiato
- Flash Canon Speedlite 430 EX2 - Serie: 329262 - rotto un pezzo di plastica nella zona del tallone
- Trigger Re RX Wireless TTL Flash Trigger sul sacchetto, trasmettitore e ricevitore
- Caricabatterie Canon
- CF Card SanDisk 16GB 4x 5x 8 GB 1x 4GB
- Modello Plecak Lowepro Fastpack 350
Per noi questa è una grande perdita non solo materiale, ma anche emotiva. Noi ancora non riusciamo a capire la crudeltà e l'illegalità. Abbiamo perso non solo la strumentazione ma anche memorie associate a ciascuna parte di esse.
E 'come se qualcuno si fosse impossessato un pezzo di noi. Si prega di prestare attenzione per voi stessi e la vostra proprietà, mettete in guardia gli amici. Alla stazione di polizia di Roma ci hanno detto che ci sono 50 notifiche di furto.
Ancora una volta, si prega di condividere queste informazioni. Noi crediamo nel potere di internet e nella possibilità di ostacolare la vendita. Seguiremo le aste su Ebay Italia e Subito.it
Ci hanno derubati delle attrezzature, di servizi fotografici non realizzati, delle vacanze, del senso di sicurezza, di fiducia nelle persone, ma non ci hanno derubati della sensibilità per le riprese, delle competenze e della passione per quello che facciamo. Con l'aiuto dei nostri amici e parenti acquisteremo di nuovo tutte le attrezzature e continueremo a fare fotografia, perché ciò ci permette di andare avanti e ci dà forza.
