Elogio ad assistenza Manfrotto

In seguito ad una rovinosa caduta in mare del mio treppiede, ho dovuto mandare in assistenza la testa a cremagliera manfrotto 410 junior perché tutti i movimenti erano bloccati da sale e salsedine. Mi sono rivolto ad un rivenditore manfrotto che ha attuato la procedura di assistenza. Dopo circa 30 gg ( ma potrebbe essere trascorso meno tempo per la riparazione in quanto il rivenditore non mi aveva avvisato dell avvenuta riconsegna da parte di manfrotto) mi sono recato nel punto vendita e con mia grande sorpresa la cifra per la riparazione è stata di 65 € comprensivi di spedizione andata/ritorno. Hanno sostituito tutti gli ingranaggi, e reso alla vista il prodotto pari al nuovo! Sinceramente credevo che mi sarebbe costato molto di piú! Un plauso da parte mia alla Manfrotto! Non mi pare nulla di speciale... sarebbe stato da applauso se te l'avessero fatto gratutitamente o addirittura sostituito con un esemplare nuovo, ma così non vedo nulla di incredibile!

Vero...ma sai nell era in cui se rompi un tasto del telefono si preferisce cambiarllo, e poi...se consideri il costo della manodopera oggi giorno, dei prezzi di ricambio e del corriere...ero convinto che mi sarebbe convenuto comprarla nuova....! Quindi io sono felice MrGreen

...e per quale motivo avrebbero dovuto farlo? Una caduta in mare non è mica un "difetto di fabbrica"...se ti stampi contro un muro con l'auto e la porti in carrozzeria te la riparano (o sostituiscono) gratuitamente? 65,00 euro, considerato il costo del corriere, della manodopera e dei ricambi mi pare un ottimo prezzo...
