Ho letto le descrizioni di questo treppiede e mi ha sorpreso l'altezza minima così bassa, ma, se non ho capito male, è ottenuta grazie al ribaltamento della colonna centrale...
A questo punto non riesco a rendermi conto della stabilità del tutto con una lente pesantuccia (diciamo sopra al kg): il peso dove scarica? Tutto sulla testa?
Se qualcuno ha usato questo sistema può dirmi come funziona??

L'asta centrale si può posizionare orizzontalmente, la testa deve lavorare a 90°.
Il 190 supporta 5 Kg.

Grazie per l'immagine, ma non chiarisce il mio dubbio: se l'asta centrale si mette in orizzontale, dove scarica il peso? Sulla testa o sul treppiede? In questo caso regge sempre i 5 Kg??
C'è qualcuno che ha usato questo sistema??

Io lo uso su 6d e tamron 24/70 se apri i piedi e sposti l'asta verso l'esterno (quindi camera verso il centro del treppiede) rimane estremamente solido; il peso rimane quasi tutto sulla testa ma non è un problema se questa regge quei kg. Piuttosto così vicino a terra è difficoltoso (a me) mettere tutto a fuoco. Tieni presente che gli 8 cm sono al cavalletto poi ci aggiungi la misura della testa e della fotocamera ( se scatti in orizzontale)

La parte critica è l'asta, più allunghi l'asta e meno rigidezza hai, naturalmente 5 Kg. li hai con l'asta completamente arretrata.
Io lo uso con il 100L, 5DIII e Testa Manfrotto 054, con un max di 10/12 cm. di estensione.
