testa a sfera gitzo gh1780qr problema

ho un problema con questa testa, mi si e' rotto un pezzetino della plastica sotto la testa quella fissata con 5 viti a brugola per intenderci, nella zona dove si va a stringere il risultato e' che mi si e' smontato tutto il meccanismo che va a far pressione sul piatto, ho guardato nel sito della gitzo e al supporto tecnico dicono ci siano le schede dei vari prodotti ma non riesco ad aprirle per capire se e' possibile ordinare solo la parte in questione e se eventualmente mi manca qualche pezzo qualcuno di voi mi sa aiutare

A me ultimamente serviva l'estremità inferiore di un monopiede gitzo, sono dovuto andare dal mio rivenditore di zona ad ordinarlo, non c'è altro modo.
E' possibile ordinare solo la parte in questione, i ricambi costano un boato, ho dovuto aspettare 7 settimane...
