Mi ritrovo in casa questo treppiede, mai usato ma a cui manca la piastra per la fotocamera.
Siccome uso solamente il sistema ARCA vorrei sapere se, compatibilmente col basso valore dell'oggetto, possa essere conveniente cambiare l'intera testa.
Nel caso, qualcuno mi sa consigliare qualcosa di compatibile e di qualità accettabile?

La base non mi sembra affatto malvagia in realtà!
Come testa, penso una qualunque potrebbe andar bene.
Per sicurezza, però, svita la testa video che hai montata adesso e verifica quale vite ci sia lì sotto alla cima dell'albero centrale. Se riesci a svitarla, penso che sarà una 1/4" o una 3/8" standard. Vedi anche se trovi conferma di che vite sia nel manuale, nella scatola oppure online (credo che Cullmann abbia ancora risorse pubblicate in rete, se non proprio anche il suo sito).

Come testa, come detto, una qualsiasi non costosissima... Tipo una di queste due:

Scegli quella che si adatta meglio alla tua attrezzatura, come carico massimo supportato.
Entrambe hanno la vite da 1/4" ma pure l'adattatore a 3/8", a seconda di che vite trovi attualmente in cima all'albero centrale della tua base treppiede.

grz, non ho specificato che cerco una testa a sfera......ora vedo di capire la misura della vite

Se ti interessa ho in vendita (su Subito ma la metto a giorni anche qui) una Cullman Magnesit 6.3 e un aggancio ARCA sempre della Cullman.
La testa ha la stessa piastra della tua, potresti anche recuperarla, volendo.
