Eppure vi dirò un cosa...
Io porto gli occhiali da 30 anni ormai, perché sono asrigmatico.
Passo molte ore davanti al pc causa lavoro e circa 5-6 anni fa più o meno, il mio ottico di difucia mi propose le lenti con filtro UV (infatti hanno un riflesso che da sul blu/viola).
Da allora, a fine serata, ho gli occhi meno stanchi e secchi e raramente ho le venuzze rosse negli occhi che prima avevo spesso.
Diciamo che non mi alterano minimamente i colori e non ho riflessi indesiderati...
Sono lenti che costano 400 euro però...

Ti consiglio, se hai la possibilità, di acquistare un monitor che hanno già integrato un filtro luce blu integrato.
Non so nello specifico che tecnologia usano, però da poco ho preso un monitor HP "Eye Ease", mi ci trovo benissimo e in combo con le lenti UV avverto 0 fastidio agli occhi.

Chiedi al boss un monitor nuovo :-P

per evitare un "via a quel paese", tieniti le tue lenti da 400 euro
