problema con tamron 52bb

Buonasera a tutti,
ho appena ricevuto un tamron 52bb preso in giappone... lo avevo già e pensando (male) di poterlo sostituire me lo ero venduto; l'ho ricomprato e mi è arrivato oggi, esteticamente perfetto.
Però ha un problema: il diaframma è pigro, per cui usandolo con gli anelli adattatori per sony E la levetta del simulatore non viene mossa e generalmente il diaframma rimane aperto a f/4 senza stringersi ulteriormente ai diaframmi più piccoli e così diventa poco utilizzabile.
Come devo comportarmi con il venditore? Rimando indietro l'obiettivo? Lo faccio riparare chiedendogli le spese? Sapete se è un problema comune e quanto può costare sistemarlo?

dipende da te,
contatta qualche foto riparatore per vedere il costo della riparazione e vedi se ti rimborsa il costo.
