problemi autofocus tattile e focus stacking (bracketing) sony a6700 (forse vale per altre sony)

ciao! ho la nuova a6700 [arrivavo da una a6500 e possiedo anche una nikon z30, ndr] , con firmware aggiornato. Ho due problemi, nonzo se sono collegati, quindi li metto assieme. Penso che possano valere anche per altri modelli recenti sony.
Se pigio sul touch, pur selezionato, non mi mette a fuoco. Invece mettendo inseguimento soggetto mi mette a fuoco. Idem metti a fuoco+scatto: lì funziona.
Secondo problema, il focust bracketing(stacking): anche se metto il passo più lungo, cioè step 10, non riesce a mettere a fuoco tutta la composizione, in 300 scatti, ma a malapena il primo piano ed il mezzopiano. Questo capita con obiettivi differenti eh (sia grandangolo che un po' + lunghi), impostando un f/8.
Anche ad altri capita? Se sì come hanno risolto? [ovviamente ho già sentito l'assistenza sony, ma per ora le risposte sono del tipo ctrl-alt-canc/fai una giravolta/falla un'altra volta/mettiti una maglietta blu/spegni la lavatrice etc etc]

grazie Zary e Simgen. Dal manuale non si evince. Ho resettato tutto e ancora me lo fa. Provo a sentire il forumista!
