problema con monitor sony A 7 3

Buongiorno a tutti, ho un problema che spero possiate aiutarmi a risolvere.
Ho da poco due Sony A 7 3 e ieri dal menu di una delle due, sono andato a togliere il Finder/Monitor da automatico perchè non volevo fosse sempre acceso.
Di conseguenza il monitor ora non si accende piu e non posso vedere più nulla, ma il problema è che ora vorrei rimetterlo in automatico ma non posso proprio perchè non accendendosi il monitor non posso riaccedere al menù.
Spero di essermi spiegato bene.
Grazie a che mi darà una mano.

devi operare guardando nel mirino
Se in futuro volessi rimetterlo in manuale,
ricorda di assegnargli un tasto personalizzato
