Se da un lato è vero che con la post il fenomeno si amplifica sensibilmente è pur vero ahimé che è proprio la base ad essere cosi.

La PP che hai applicato è un po' ad 'effetto', tuttavia il raw è molto piatto, che va bene così anche per me, ma lo devi spingere meno, inoltre la temperatura cromatica è molto fredda -magari ti conviene verificare se sia il caso di correggere i parametri di default-.

Detto questo, io non mi farei 'sangue amaro' per lo sfocato, non è una lente che nasce per quello, è una lente da reportage, ed usata a f8 proprio non puoi andare a guardare il bo-keh, sarebbe un po' come lamentarsi perché la gomma liscia non tiene sul bagnato.

Oltretutto: la resa mi sembra proprio buona

Ho guardato il raw. Secondo me questo bokeh poco piacevole è il risultato di tre elementi insieme:
1. Una lente, come ampiamente detto da @Gsabbio, non particolarmente adatta al bokeh
2. Uno scatto che con diaframma a 8 e messa a fuoco abbastanza lontano dalla macchina, ha creato ovviamente il minimo bokeh sindacabile che più che rendere lo sfondo morbido lo ha reso solo appena fastidiosamente fuori fuoco
3. Una texture in questo particolare scatto (le vigne) che sfuocate in maniera così leggera sembrano quasi rumore digitale (se fosse stato uno sfondo con palazzi, per intenderci, avresti avuto un effetto più piacevole)

Rifai qualche prova cercando di agire su 2 e 3 (su uno non puoi) e secondo me vedrai risultati migliori.
