Strano Marco io ho un pc con win 7 vecchio di 10 anni con 8go di ram + scheda grafica preistorica con 2go di memoria in piu e non ho nessun problema con la configurazione per default, funziona cosi bene che non m'è venuta neanche la curiosita di andare a vedere se usa l'accelerazione grafica o no...pero per aprirsi la prima volta è lentissimo ci mette almeno 20 o 30 sec. ma poi è fluido e senza rallentamenti..

Leo45, a te non capita nulla di strano se crei un livello correzione?
il problema che ho riscontrato io è con lo zoom e il livello correzione attivo (che è stato aggiunto nell'ultima versione), se stai in adatta è tutto corretto, se aumenti lo zoom si copre l'immagine con blocchi scuri/neri, se torni in adatta tutto torna normale. Non ci sono problemi se spengo il livello correzione quindi il problema deve essere riferito a quella funzione, strano che capiti solo a me... non penso sia un problema di memoria, ho 16gb ram e gpu con 4gb.

Si si ho capito il tuo problema Sorriso ma no a me tutto funzione perfettamente e ti dicevo con un pc assai vecchiotto quindi penso che non si tratti di un problema hardware...mi sembra strano non saprei proprio cosa consigliarti...se è un bug che appare con certe configurazioni lo correggeranno presto (attenzione ai prossimi aggiornamenti) phase one è una marca molto seria...

Te lo auguro... Io ho la versione c1 20 pro (la piu completa) ci sono pure quelle solo per nikon (novita), fuji e sony, non hai specificato che versione hai anche se non credo faccia differenza rispetto al problema che hai riscontrato....forse potresti scrivere all'assistenza phase one descrivendo il tuo problema come ti dicevo sono molto seri e professionali.

Prova a disattivare l'accelerazione hw per la grafica, vedi se te lo fa ancora ;-)

Ho provato anche senza l'accelerazione hardware ma il problema rimane...
