Ciao ragazzi,

ho trovato su Amazon una X-T30 ad un prezzo molto allettante, venduta e spedita da un terzo. Mi frena attualmente però il tema garanzia: ho contattato il venditore che mi ha detto che la garanzia è in carico ad Amazon, ma spulciando sulle FAQ di Amazon stesso non si capisce in caso di problemi al dispositivo (al netto del reso) come funzionerebbe il processo. Secondo voi? Avete avuto esperienze simili?

di solito la garanzia per problemi di funzionamento,cadute o difetti di funzionamento della fotocamera,per ripararla devi mandarla al venditore che provvederà a mandarla in un centro riparazione,la garanzia che forse dici tu è per la consegna da parte di Amaz che ti arrivi tutto sano e perfetto ciò che hai ordinato,ma sono due cose diverse
