Ciao per la XT3 meglio Lightroom o capture one..? Facilità d'uso..più che altro, dato che non post produco tantissimo..

Capture One per l'Xtrans è meglio, demosaicizza molto bene. C'è la versione Express per Fuji che è gratuita ma è limitata

La comodità e le funzioni di LR però sono per me impareggiabili; come la funzione panorama, il pennello regolazione, la pulizia della foto con il timbro clone, ecc...

Proverei C1 express se fossi in te, poi se non basta acquisterei la versione stand alone quando sarà in offerta.

Per facilità d'uso direi Lightroom, con la "nuova" funzione Migliora Dettagli, che è disponibile con questi requisiti di sistema:

"(Mac) Metal-capable graphics processor and macOS High Sierra (version 10.13) or later;
(Windows) Windows 10 October 2018 update (version 1809) or later".

Altrimenti l'ottimo Capture One Express per Fuji.

su capture per i dettagli c'è il pannello apposito, quasi mai utilizzato, in quanto c'è un pannello con due slider, chiarezza e struttura, che mettono al tappeto qualsiasi altro raw developer sul mercato. provalo

Se te la cavi con l'inglese e guardi tutorial e webinar "ufficiali", viene spiegato tutto molto bene e C1 diventa altrettanto facile.

Credo che la facilità d'uso sia molto soggettiva. Personalmente trovo LR molto più facile ed immediato, ma probabilmente semplicemente perchè lo uso da anni e cambiare è sempre difficile.
A livello di risultati, se usato bene, sicuramente sulla X-T3 va meglio C1.
