Il jpg, come tutto il resto, è fortemente condizionato dalle impostazioni in camera....

Se si vuole un buon jpg si debbono fare tutte le prove che servono per individuare le impostazioni che più ci soddisfano...

Da possessore di Sony A7III, i Jpeg, settata a proprio piacimento la camera, sono utilizzabilissimi.
Solo un appunto: dubito ti venga voglia di non scattare in Raw con questa macchina MrGreen
Personalmente me lavorarli in post è una grande goduria (specifico che non sono un professionista).
